Disconnect

Please do not bring your phone into the spin or strength rooms. if necessary, please place it on silent at the lowest brightness possible. Phones can be very distracting throughout class, and for some, this is their time to truly disconnect.

Late cancel // No show policy

The studio doors will lock 2 minutes before the start of class to ensure an on-time start.

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. to avoid fees, you will need to remove yourself from the class 4 hours prior to start time. Unlimited members will be charged $10 and our other members will be charged $15 or lose a class if the cancellation takes place within the 4 hour window.

if you are not checked into class when the doors close you will incur a no show fee. Unlimited members will be charged $15 and other members will be charged $20 or lose a class.
